Episode #25: Dr. Claire Delcambre

from A Song Called Life · host Osi Atikpoh

"I am a doctor of physical therapy,  pelvic health advocate, movement expert, educator, and ally. I help you understand your body and your symptoms and provide you ways to effectively address your symptoms to further provide you with you-centered strategies to move through life with less pain along with better knowledge to empower a life filled with strength, resiliency, mobility, and function. It is so important to love ourselves and our bodies for all the amazing things it does for us. A great way to accomplish this is to understand it. When we know what our body is trying to do for us, we can find ways to work with it rather than against it as an adversary we have to overcome. When we find harmony with our body, we can love and appreciate it for the incredible and perfect vessel it is. It is my joy to share my knowledge with you and to have those important conversations about the things that can be difficult to accept or talk about like our changing bodies, sex, pee, poop, and more at all stages of life. I cannot wait to provide you with ways to feel better so you can confidently move forward - liberated from pain, dysfunction, and fear of injury." - Dr. Claire Delcambre Website: heybabewellness.com Instagram: @heybabewellness
