Episode 25: Driver Performance Reviews
from Tin Foil Helmets Hosted by Tin Foil Helmets
It’s that time of year — Performance Review Season! This week we took a look at all the drivers — and a little bit the teams — to give the most interesting drivers some feedback, similar to that you might experience in your job; this isn’t your normal ranking of drivers. We view constructive feedback as critical to growth! We do use some very corporate terms, so stay away if thats going to make you anxious (We felt it while recording!). As always feedback is always welcome at [email protected] -- we even have a segment for you! Please just email us. We’re lonely. You can show your appreciation by following our Instagram and threads account @tinfoilhelmets (https://instagram.com/tinfoilhelmets. https://www.threads.net/@tinfoilhelmets)
