Episode 25 - Mark's Journey and story with Crohn's Disease

Today I am joined with Mark who has had Crohn's Disease since 2012 but first started getting symtoms in 2010, it took Mark 2 years to get diagnosed with Crohn's Disease but after multiple tests he got an answer to what was happening. Mark explains his whole story with Crohn's Disease, such as future fundrasing events he has in mind, and different medications he has had to undergo, we also talk about the Covid-19 how that is for him as he has an comprimised immune system. Mark is in remmision, he has been in remmision for 5 years now, and some advise he would give to different people have a good minset and think postive becasue that can really help and take one day at a time.
