This is our second episode of three covering the life and crimes of child serial killer Robert Black. As with last week’s episode, this one covers a lot of things that can be very hard to listen to including sexual abuse of children.  In this episode we find out the unique circumstances surrounding Black’s arrest thanks to a quick thinking and heroic eye witness who acted on his instincts. Not only that, he was apprehended by the father of the little girl he had just kidnapped and raped.  We also delve into the history of a prolific serial offender who showed serious behaviors from the earliest of ages. This man should have been stoped long before he was. Police and some members of the public knew of his offenses but he was left for over 40 years to terrorize the world.
