While I embarrassed myself confusing Black Sabbath's home city on this podcast (shame, shame, shame), it doesn't mean the conversation wasn't good! Shame aside, I had a lovely talk with Leon Pengilly, owner of Pendraken Miniatures. The company is one of the worlds most important manufacturers of 10mm scale miniatures. Leon walked me through the day in, day out life of a business owner that specializes in miniatures, and it was awesome to hear about the ways in which he runs his enterprise.
