Episode #25 - Unpacking the Sixy Strategy of Approval Seeking

In this episode, I talk through one of the most ingrained parts of the type six strategy: the ways we orient to authority in unconscious attempts to feel safe, secure, and independent. I also include context for how we frame these ideas when we apply them to ourselves. It’s very important we look for the wisdom inside of these strategies rather than continue to search for things we need to “fix”.  This is all an invitation for expansion for our systems to hold and experience MORE of us, not less.
