Episode 257 - Sideways (2004)

This week, we're heading up to wine country to talk about the 2004 Alexander Payne film, Sideways. Bobby Frankenberger is back on the show, because he's never seen this one before. It's the story of a week in wine country for friends Miles (Paul Giamatti) and Jack (Thomas Haden Church) and their misadventures as they deal with mid life, finding themselves, and drinking wine. Is it too serious to be a comedy, or too funny to be taken seriously? And did anyone bring Merlot? Let's find out... Thanks go out to Audie Norman (@TheAudieNorman) for the album art.
