Episode 258: Do Us All A Favor & Have Some FUN!

If you were to give yourself a score, 1 to 5 (5 being exuberant, ecstatic joy and 1 being total doom and gloom), how would you rate your sense of inner aliveness, joy and pleasure right now? Inspired by my Mama Gena reading of late, I've shifted my life to put pleasure at the top of my to-do list, even though circumstance are not all sunshine, lollipops and roses around here, and there's still lots to do.  No matter where you're starting, on today's episode, I invite you to turn up the pleasure dial in your day-to-day to not only enjoy life more, but to actually get more shit done!
