Episode 258: Wrap-Up 2021

A huge “Shout Outs” to you all - all my dear and precious listeners from United Kingdom, United States, Norway, Nigeria, Germany, Philippines, Switzerland, Jamaica, Brazil, Estonia, Spain, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Netherlands, India, Vietnam, New Zealand and Ethiopia. Yes! Detox with Abi reached listeners from 18 countries this year! I just want to say a huge ‘thank you’ for joining me this year on Detox with Abi detox a platform to encourage change within by God’s way of thinking, with the Word of God. Of a truth, I could not have published 245 episodes of Detox with Abi without your support. As 2021 is winding down and I wrap up Detox with Abi for this precious year 2021, I would love to leave you with 1 Corinth 2:9-13. These scriptural verses blessed my heart this last week and I hope that you will be blessed as well. “But as it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual.” ‭‭I Corinthians‬ ‭2:9-13‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ I just want you to remind you that because you love God; because you are God’s child, God planned great things for you this year. Things may not go fully the way you speculated, however take stock of God’s faithfulness. Be intentional about thanking God for what He has revealed, done and yet to be seen, so far this year. A lot has happened this year A lot! Yet, God kept me and mine in the midst of it all because He reminded me of the Word He revealed to me last year- Do not leave the house- Do not leave His presence. Indeed, the Word God spoke to me has been my anchor this year in the midst of storms. His abiding and manifest presence has been our Stay. So remember- God also has great plans for you in the year 2022 and beyond. By His Spirit, He will be communing with your spirit. By His Spirit, He will reveal His mind concerning you So get ready! Be prepared! For year 2022 will be your best year yet in Jesus’ name. Amen
