Episode 26: Intensive Chakra Healing-5

Today we will do an intensive healing for our Throat Chakra. The throat chakra is all about communication, our ability to "speak our truth", voice our opinions, speak up for ourselves or even just communicate in a beautiful way to others. When the throat chakra is out of balance one may feel "invisible" as if their opinion or voice doesn't matter or make a difference...or that they are not being "heard". Join me as we use vocal toning, color, frequency, affirmation and intention healing to heal the throat chakra.
