In this episode, we interview Clint Carnell the CEO of The HydraFacial® Company.  Clint championed the rebranding of the company in 2017 and drove the company strategy and culture shift that has resulted in explosive revenue growth and rapidly growing global recognition. In 2000, he founded and later successfully sold Charleston Renal Care, a chain of dialysis centers to DaVita. His background includes leadership positions with Thermage/Solta as well as Bausch + Lomb and other healthcare services & medical technology companies. He is also Chairman of OrangeTwist Brands.
