Episode 26: John 3:22-36 "He must increase, but I must decrease."

from Joy & Java · host Pursuit Friends Network of House Churches

This week, Brian and Kristin finish out chapter 3 of the Book of John. The end of chapter 3 takes an interesting look at a scene with John and his disciples as they grapple with the fact that Jesus and His disciples are getting more attention. John patiently reminds his disciples what the real goal is and brings them into further submission towards the plan of God and the role of Christ in that plan. We sometimes need reminded ourselves that we must decrease so the will and power and glory of God can increase in our own lives and circumstances. Patience is needed as God's timing is often far different from our own. BE.
