Episode 26 - Little Earth Project

from This Week in Craft Beer · host Rob Cheshire

Tom grew up helping out his father in the family cidery, before launching his first brewery Mill Green in 2008, focused on producing cask ale with American hops. In 2016, driven by a love of sour beers, he pivoted to launch Little Earth Project, a named inspired by a quote from Jester King founder Jeffrey Stuffings. The result is arguable the most hyper-local brewery in the UK, utilising wild and organically farmed ingredients from the local landscape. https://www.edwardstonewhitehorse.co.uk/ Tom wholeheartedly recommends Hopsters in Ipswich and Chelmsford https://myhopsters.com/
