Maria is the author of over 800 poems and six published books, currently working on her 12th collection. She operates her blog, "Emotional Musings," which has been a platform for sharing her truth and offering healing through words for over six years. As the host of "Words with Wings," a spoken word poetry night, she combines her artistic talents and her healing practices to support others. A three-time triathlete, Maria integrates meditation, breathwork, yoga, dance, and other modalities into her daily routine, embodying a lifestyle rooted in positivity, peace, and love.
