Episode 26 - Part 1: Roxy Prophet

Welcome back to another episode of The Framestore Podcast! Every two-weeks we invite both a guest from our global Framestore community and a co-host with a keen interest in our guest's role, craft or career path, and we let the magic happen! Our special guest this week is the brilliant Roxy Prophet, VFX Recruiter at Framestore Melbourne, and joining us as guest co-host is Harshil Tank, Recruitment Coordinator at our Mumbai studio. We discuss Roxy's early love for film, Guinness World Record ambitions, the 'craft' of VFX recruitment and joy she takes from working with the Framestore Melbourne team. We also get into inspiring mentors, approaches to talent acquisition, reel reviews, and the reality that 'VFX' is a global industry but still a very small industry.
