Episode 26: Process vs Systems

We live in a world where we either operate from the place of process (where we have to evaluate ever every step after doing it) or systems ( where we do all the steps and then evaluate how it went and what we need to change). Working for these two places can produce areas of strengths and weaknesses; however, we must establish balance in both areas as we move and progress through this journey called life. Join our host and guest host Tiffani Tucker (our community partner) as we discuss what process and systems look like in our lives.
