Episode 26: Running Dead

Welcome back to the Spit Squad (The regular listeners) and also welcome to the new comers, this week we have running royalty in the house.... His name is Hector who's better known by his moniker Hecisdead (@hecisdead).... Hec has made his name in the running world with his creation of his running crew We Run Uptown (@wrucrew) so it was a pleasure having him on but running wasn't on the menu on this day wanted to get Hec outta his comfort zone so before we sat down to do this interview I took him on a lil field trip to the sex shop lol.... Yea you read that right I took him to the sex shop lol so if u wanna hear how that went as well as the rest of our convo kick ya head back twice on ice and keep cool and welcome to the Spit!!!!!
