Episode #26 Unexpected Destiny

Life gives us challenges.  It takes something special inside to create a meaningful destiny out of it.  My guest, Caribbean Chef Herbert Henry, had to say goodbye to his home and beloved career in St. Lucia to seek critical medical care in another country for his daughter who was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder that left her wheelchair bound.  This was not the life he expected. Depression crept in, but it was not the final result.  He tapped into his creative side to create his new destiny.
