On this episode, Circadian tells us about their songwriting process, communication, and the origins of the band. We also discuss sunburns, Insects and spiders, and accents. We then proceed to open the gates of hell and attempt to discuss racism for a bit, then quickly shut the gates again. Towards the end of the episode we geek out about music theory.
