My guest today is the inspirational Henry Fraser. In 2009 at age 17, Henry became paralysed from the shoulders down after an accident on holiday with friends in Portugal. Since his accident, Henry has achieved some remarkable accolades, he is a bestselling author for his two books, “The Little Big Things” and the “The Power in You”. Henry is also a professional mouth artist and a motivational speaker. During the conversation we spoke about the accident and how his life changed. We also spoke about the lessons he has taken from his experiences and how his mindset has now changed to one of strength, resilience and fortitude. This is definitely one of the most inspiring conversations I have ever had. Henry teaches us to enjoy those moments of happiness and what the power of everyday gratitude can do for you.
