Episode 263 - BRIEL The Artist

Bronx native and music maker BRIEL The Artist reached out to us a few months back, sending me his stellar single titled “The Blinds”. We were very impressed with the song and style of his work and after an official introduction we inquired about having him on the podcast which we made happen this week on episode 263. BRIEL reflected on his influences in music growing up which included a love for many different R&B artists such as Summer Walker. His love for writing and crafting his own music steadily grew and has continued on into today as he crafts a world all his own within the confines of tracks like “Ladies Song” and “Blur”, both of which have a home on his latest offering “Damn Genesis” that’s recently been released since the time of this interview. He told us about the seamless process creating not only the songs themselves but the concepts and visuals that helped to make and shape the project into what it became.
