Bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, the super smart new captain of the colony ship Covenant discovers what he thinks to be an uncharted paradise. While there, his crew meet David, the synthetic savior, sorry, survivor of the doomed Prometheus expedition. What has David been up to since the Prometheus expedition? Well let's just go with the old saying, "Idle hands are the devil's workshop,"  and those hands turn this mysterious world dark and dangerous very quick when a hostile alien life-form, created by our new synthetic savior David, forces the crew into a deadly fight for survival.
