We have ALL done this... We've had something happen in our life that wasn't pleasant, we didn't want it too or we just didn't expect it.  And then we think about it, we obsess over it, we talk about it over and over with anyone who will listen.  Every time we do this, we make the story bigger.  And when we make the story bigger, we continue to make it our current reality, bring it into the present and impact our future because of it.  It's time to stop the story.
