He has sprung to life from the stage and screen through the magic of William Gillette, Eille Norwood, Basil Rathbone, Peter Cushing, Jeremy Brett, and Benedict Cumberbatch.But James Macaluso has made a world where Sherlock Holmes is universally relatable: through the Re-Imagined Sherlock Holmes in LEGO building bricks.His imagination and ingenuity have combined to transform some of Sidney Paget's iconic illustrations into LEGO scenes that are remarkably faithful to the original. How did he do it?
