He was well known for his time as a Special Teams Coach as he revolutionized the whole concept of Special Teams in the league.  Today he joins the show to discuss his journey with us. Including some of his time with Dan Marino when Mike was coaching with the Dolphins. We'll hear about his time with the Jets and what happened when Tim Tebow found his way on the roster. (Funny stories you may not actually know).
