Over the years, he has been the driving force behind the creation and ownership of numerous successful businesses spanning various industries.Currently at the helm of USAopoly (The Op), a company he founded in 1994, Dane returned as CEO in January 2022. Throughout his tenure, The Op has forged partnerships with global intellectual properties, including Disney, Warner Bros., Fox, The Beatles, Rolling Stones, NFL, NBA, Elvis, Game of Thrones, Hasbro, Berkshire Hathaway, Nintendo, Microsoft, Mercedes Benz, and many others.In 2008, Dane co-founded Zephyr Partners in San Diego, where the team developed residential developments exceeding a billion dollars in value. A testament to his multifaceted entrepreneurial spirit, Dane ventured into the creation of several other successful businesses, including Made Here Brands, in collaboration with actor Scott Eastwood.In addition to his business ventures, Dane is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs.
