from DC Fitness · host DC Fitness

Today I speak to one of my closest friends Andy Cannon. Andy has always lived with depression and he has been brave enough to come on the podcast and talk about it, which I can't thank him enough for, it will really help other people going through similar struggles. He really opens up and talks about things he has never talked about before. We also talk about music as music has been a massive part of Andy's life and our friendship, we have played in two bands together and its how we met, Andy is one of the most talented people I know and we talk about what music has done for him and how it has shaped his life. I also trained Andy and helped him change his body and diet for the better. We talk about believing in yourself, doubting yourself, alcohol, worrying about the opinions of others and lots more, its a really good conversation and a podcast I am really proud of.
