Episode 27: Case Study: YWCA Adopt A Room
from The Regenerative Paradox Podcast Hosted by Paradoxum Consulting
Join us as we chat about our experience in furnishing a bathroom for the YWCA Adopt A Room program, while seeking to purchase local, environmentally conscious and durable products. We dive into barriers that exist to purchasing these products, including cost, greenwashing, decentralization and lack of information. We also chat about the benefits of communication, transparency and partnering with businesses to find products/packages that will work best for your needs. We hope this conversation provides you with insight, inspiration and questions into the process of furnishing a room exclusively with local, environmentally conscious/sustainable and durable products. In this episode we mentioned Episode 3: Greenwashing + Bioplastics With Krystina Jarvis. You can give it a listen here. --------------- Want to be a guest on the show?
