Still University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2014 and becoming a general surgeon. Dr. Rhoiney is currently stationed in Guantanamo Bay and serves as the lieutenant commander in the Navy. However, before achieving any of his academic accolades, he survived a difficult life on the streets.
