Episode 27: Foschini's Pizza

What's up rock stars! On this episode of Rocco on the Rocks I am joined by my best friend Nick. This is a very special episode today because besides trying a drink, we are actually going to be making pizza on today's episode. Nick has brought over his pizza oven and we made 4 different kinds of pies as well as a calzone! Nick shares his pizza dough recipe with us and we get to use the sauce he made this past August on our pizza as well. Along with this Nick and I both discuss our Italian heritage together. He also talks about how his father used to be a chief and his appreciation for cooking came from watching his dad.
