And welcome back to Talking Nonsense, I'm your host, Colin, I'm here with... Oh, what did you laugh? And I'm here with Christopher, who's laughing his fucking ass off for no reason. Sorry.

I don't know why. By the way, this is like our sixth time trying to redo this intro. You guys don't understand how much we'll do. It's really hard.

It's just to do the intro. It just shows we're getting older and harder to do things. I know, granted, I could just record one intro and use that one over and over again, but I don't want to do that. You know what's funny is like, I think you've said that on the very first episode or at least a couple of times I was actually...

Several episodes, but I've never done it yet. I've actually physically never done it, which is weird. But yeah, it is getting harder because we're getting older. I'm tired, man.

I'm getting so much more tired, like way more than... Are you feeling your ages starting to catch up with you? My joints are aching, bro. Are they really...

No, they're not really aching, but I feel like I'm getting old. Yeah, we'll make some of that with it. I'm 26, man. 26 years old.

I mean, probably a lot of our listeners are like, that's not that old. I feel like majority would say that that's not that old, but it's old. Okay, I'm only four years away from 30. 30's not old.

30's like the new 21, honestly. Yeah, no, I'm kidding. 30's not old. You made it to 30.

Yeah, that's not 30's. That's not 30's. That's not 300. That's 300.

That's 3 decades. No, you're math. Sorry. Oh, no, it's hard going up.

It's hard to become an adult. Is your age important to you? How so? I mean, I guess some people...

I feel like some people would be like, oh, because I'm certain age, like I should have certain authority maybe, or like they identify with, oh, I'm 40. This is what people who are 40 do. Or like, I guess, or if you want to go on the younger side, like millennials, like, I'm a millennial. I don't think millennials would say that.

Yeah, are we technically millennials because we were born in that? I don't know. Or something like that. I feel like we're in a weird spot.

We're like that in between, aren't we? Yeah, I feel like we see the points that millennials are making about, you know, how, I guess, outdated things are in certain situations. But at the same time, I can see us being like, get off my lawn. Yeah, but like mentality also.

So, but yeah, I mean, is your age important to you either dating wise? Do you identify, I guess, with a certain age, or like, does your age reflect who you are a little bit, or is it just a number? To me, because so back in high school, senior year of high school, senior year of high school, I had this one class, senior Odyssey. And it wasn't like different.

We basically just, it was like a class to sort of explore your like future and yourself and where you want to be and stuff like that. And one of our assignments was to create a timeline, like 10 years in the future or something like that. Just kind of map out our lives. And I did that.

And I had it, I can't remember specifically, but I think, because at the time I was 17, because my birthday is during the summer, so by the time I graduated, then I turned 18. But I had it like, at my age 22, I would have graduated college. And I think, either 24, 26, I would have been married. Then my 28 or something like that, I would have had kids.

And then my 30, I would have like produced my first like, filled. Okay. Yeah. And I think I have put like a little funny one in there, like my 36, we connect with old high school friends to make a round group.

Yeah. Oh, nice. Yeah. I have the comedic round group.

So 10 more years, high school friends, you know who you are, I want to reconnect with him, start their round group. But they don't listen to his pockets. No, he does. Okay.

He listens. So he's going to know who he's talking about. But yeah. That's how I had it.

Clearly, I'm not at that stage. I'm 26. I'm not cut, please. No.

I'm just kidding. Hold on. And we're back. So yeah, as I was saying, 26, nowhere near getting married.

Don't even have a girlfriend. So I mean, going off of that, I guess, to answer your question, I do sometimes look at other 26-year-olds, like old high school friends, I'm seeing their face with post. A lot of them are already getting married or like having their first child and whatnot. And sometimes I think to myself, like, damn, why is that not me?

Yeah, like your health. Yeah, yeah, I'm a hell of a behind. You know, like living at home. And so I think sometimes like that.

But then other times I'm sort of just like, eh, it's like it. You know, like I don't really care. Yeah. I'm 25.

I'm 25, yeah. I mean, if you're like, high school friends having kids already? Oh, yeah. Like, really?

Yeah. I don't know if you remember, oh, yeah, they don't. It's fine. I don't know if you remember my best friend.

Yeah, yeah, yeah. You got married. They have a house and they're a kid. Oh, they got married?

They're together, right? Yeah. Yeah. High school.

Yeah, so they were obviously together then and they got married and had a child. Damn, grads. Yeah. They have a house up in, I think, Oregon.

Yeah. And he's like, do you know if they got, when did they have their child? Like around this year, like this age or before? I mean, the kids kind of older now.

It's like a kid getting out. Oh, so they had to wait before? Yeah, like since I shouldn't see it. So she got knocked out.

Yeah, sure. Sorry, that's not funny. But, okay. It's semi-sentient being.

Anyways, fucking nerd. Totally. But so like, earlier you kind of talked about like your 30s a little bit, like how like you had all these goals, especially when you go like in your high school class. Mm-hmm.

Why do you feel like, because I've never really felt that way. Like I never felt like when I started age I had to accomplish something. You know what I mean? At least in certain aspects.

Like the whole, like getting married by three. I think for me the reason why I think like that is because I have older siblings and I see what they've gone through at their age and like what accomplishes they made. So I think for me I'm always comparing myself to them and I'm like, yeah, I'm gonna need to catch up. You know, because by the time my brother was 18 he had his license or even before 18 he has license and then like he graduated college and I'm almost 20 something.

I can't remember pretty early and he got his first job. He got his first job. He got his first job. He got his first job.

He got his first job. He got his first job. He got his first job. He got his first job.

He got his first job. He got his first job. I need to do all that because he did all that. Yeah.

He had like separate families and all that. So I think just for me just seeing that and I think the way my parents raised me, like to always kind of be on par with everything. I think straight A's we good in school blah blah blah. I think I just feel that pressure to be like that because that's how I was raised.

So I'm not saying you weren't raised that way. Yeah. But for me I think that's why. Okay.

I mean, that's interesting that you say that because I definitely don't have that sort of like a by 30. I need to like be married or anything like that. I mean, I think the only thing age related for me is like I definitely thought I'd be living alone closer to my like, 20s rather really closer to 30s and everything like that. And that's not really like taking off so far unfortunately.

But I mean other than that though, it's like I always find it interesting when people are like, oh, I have to have like kids by this age and every bad just because it's so like time constricting. Yeah. You know what I mean? Like I feel like it puts a certain like time wrong you that's like unnecessary.

Yeah. I mean, like biologically for women, they kind of do have a time to have kids. Yeah. You know, I think that's why a lot of them think that way because they know that by certain age they can't really have kids.

Whereas for us guys, we kind of have kids whenever we want. We actually have, I think he's our uncle. Yeah, he's our uncle. He's like hell old, but he has a kid who's like only four and he's like 80.

Oh, yeah. Yeah. So it's like, you know, he obviously could have had a kid or I mean, clearly, many kids would never really want to be pretty much but for girls, they need to have. There's a physiological aspect.

Yeah. I don't know if that's the right word by any way. I don't know. I don't know.

I'm not smart. So I think that's why. So like that being said, are you feel like you're dreading your 30s or like you're dreading getting there? I mean, I haven't like done such things already.

Would you say? I don't see my mindset. Honestly, it's just like I'm coasting right now. Because yeah, I mean, that's fair.

But I feel like I'm sorry interrupting you, but I feel like hell of people at least in our generation or maybe outside a version. I have it in the back of my head. Like I know I shouldn't just be chill. Well, I mean, not chill, but I know that I should be thinking about like, okay, you're getting there and you're still, you know, at home.

Like what are you doing with your life? You know, I have it in the back of my mind. But at the same time, I know like, it's okay. Don't rush, but just know you're getting there.

Yeah. But no need to rush. Yeah. I feel like I need to like, oh fuck, where's my girlfriend?

I need a wife, I need a wife, you know, whatever. But I do feel like, well, should I can't be single forever? Yeah, I mean, I mean, I personally don't want to be. Yeah, yeah.

So my question would be like, are you ever going to like kind of decide on what it's going to be? Because I feel like so many people in our age group, or maybe even older people, they're just like, oh fuck it. Fuck whatever people say or like, I'm going to do meat, right? Yeah.

But then like, a lot of times, the people who do say that are like the ones who are like 30 going to like a nightclub. Yeah. You know what I mean? It's not bad luck.

Like, you know, if you're 30 and you still want to club a, you do you by the same time. Like, I guess from a general perspective, it's like you're 30 and you're going to a nightclub. Yeah. You know what I mean?

I mean, I guess. I don't know. I'm not at that age. I don't know how it's going to be for me.

I think for me, maybe by the time I do reach 30, sorry, let me rephrase that. I'm like 26, right? But I do feel like I have sort of a mature or older mindset. Like I said, like I don't feel like I need to rush.

But because I do have it in the back of my mind. Like I feel, how I say this. You're aware of your situation. Yeah.

So I think for me, personally, by the time I reach 30, I probably would think I'm 30 years old, like, why am I going to a club? Yeah. I don't need to go to a club. I need to go to like a book club or something.

You know what I mean? Or go to Whole Foods and shop for a week or whatever. That's my friend. It's organic.

Like, yeah. That's how I see it. But I'm not saying that's how all 30 year olds should be on a board. But I don't really see myself clubbing at 30 either.

Yeah. I don't even go clubbing now. I really don't think. I mean, so that means that then would you have done your 20s differently?

I mean, you're not at the end of your 20s because you stopped four years ago. Yeah. Up until now, like, and hindsight is always 20, 20. You know, people always say they do things differently.

So would you do your 20s differently? And if you were to do your 20s differently, like what would you change? I think I'd be like going out more, you know, probably going to more parties and whatnot. Living it up.

Yeah. Because we do have certain cousins who we feel like bloomed really late and are doing that super late. Now when, see, so that's the thing. Like, I feel like I'm very contented right now because even though we say we're like 26, you're are 25 and I say that I'm not thinking too much about my future, I do think that like within this age group, like 25 to 30, we should be thinking about our future and sort of like slowing down and either settling down or, you know, having a career and all that stuff.

Like figuring things out. Yeah. But like I said, we have cousins who are not saying that they don't have that stuff figured out, but they're like out partying and shit. And it's their life, sure.

Go ahead. But with that in mind, it's like 20 to 25, I feel like is the years to like go club party, house party, do all that shit, you know what I mean? And then 25 to 30, like I said earlier, is to like sort of settle down and figure it out. But that's just my opinion.

So I don't know. So that's why, if I were to redo my 20s because during 20 to 25, I feel like I wasn't. In that party set or like trying to, you know, live it up. I was more than the, you know, finish college, graduate and do all this shit by this age.

Wow. I feel like it's really contradicting myself there. I'm not sure if someone's going to comment. Oh, you're contradicting me.

I know. Okay. Comment, sir. Don't mention it.

Because I know. But what about you? Um, do you want to redo your 20s? You're still, you're not even half way.

I'm half way. Would I redo the first half of my 20s? Yeah, sure. You would redo him here in America.

Yeah. That's a thing. That's a thing. Like, coming back, you know, like obviously I don't have a home here.

Like my family like owns and everything like that. So I'm trying to grind grind it out career wise, trying to like find a home and kind of get all those like foundations settled because those foundations were given up. And that's like a conversation for another time. But excuse me.

You know, if you would. Sorry. Yeah, I would read you my 20s here in America just because I feel like now it's always one thing after the other again, like some of our cousins are late bloomers and like they're out enjoying themselves and and gran you know, that's their prerogative too. But I feel like it's a little what?

Say, say, say life. Yeah, say, say, I feel like it's a little unfair. What do I mean? I shouldn't say unfair.

It's like, are you jealous? Yeah, it would probably be jealousy. It's like, yeah, hold on. And we're back.

So you're saying that our other cousins who are sort of living it up right now when they're sort of around the same age as us, whereas we're not, you feel sort of jealous? Yeah, honestly, jealousy is the right word just because it's like maybe it might be like a cultural thing or a familial thing, but it's very, I feel like a lot of the odds and uncles always put pressure on us specifically because we're male and we're like kind of at that age, like you know, like you said, to be like settling down, getting things like done like in terms of finding your house and all that stuff. And it's just like, here they are. You know, I think the most that they get is like, oh, you have a boyfriend yet?

Yeah, yeah. You know what I mean? It's definitely a. So I'm not sure if it's a gender thing or whatever.

Yeah, I think for our family specifically, I think it's definitely a gender thing. They see that us guys and the family do need to have our shit together, whereas the girls can figure out layers, whatever. And I get it, like, yeah, we are guys and we should have our household in order. But again, like within the context of everything, I feel like I'm doing the, for what I'm doing is the best that I could be doing.

Yeah. And I just kind of wish they would accept that. So, yeah, I would definitely review my 20s though for sure. How so though?

Like, would you party more? Like, what would you want to do different? Besides, yeah. What would I do different?

Definitely, like, maybe not party more, but maybe try to be more social. Okay. To the point out, like, I'm comfortable with socializing because that's something I still struggle with. I'm going to change my major.

I don't know if that counts as my 20s because I technically started as a teenager in my college. Yeah, I probably would have changed my major. How do you think age affects dating, besides the obvious? Would be the obvious.

Don't be dating illegally. Oh, right, right, right. Clearly. Clearly.

Clearly. Clearly. What's the question? How does age affect dating?

Yeah. How do you feel about like a 20 year old or something? Honestly, I feel like age is just a number. See, I'm glad you brought that up because I don't think that's the case.

Well, okay. In certain cases, hear me out. Okay. I was going to clarify my answer to you.

Okay. So I think age is just a number. I feel like a lot of dating, at least when it comes to age, there's a lot of preconception. What do you mean?

So like if I were to describe someone who's 21, a young female goes out a lot. Like I feel like that's a preconception of what a 21 year old female would do. I mean, a majority or a good amount of 21 year old females might do something like that. Excuse me.

But all of them. So I feel like it's a very case by case kind of situation. Yeah, okay. So you did clarify it.

I forget. What I was going to say is I was listening to this other podcast and one of the people on there was saying, they had a question. It was an advice podcast. And one of the questions was about this girl who's having troubles with her sitting in other right now.

And basically what was happening is the guy starting to feel like he doesn't know where he is right now in his own life and he's like starting to question a lot of things. And the guy would say it would really help if he knew their age because he was saying in his mind that question sounded like it was a young person's age, like a young person's problem. Because if the dude's not starting to question his own life, he's probably like young and like is just barely figuring out what he wants to do with his life. Yeah.

So he's probably between the age of like 20 and 26. You know what I mean? So he was saying that there's that saying age is just a number. But he believes it's not just a number.

It's a denotation of where you're at in your life. And like how you said it's case by case though, a lot of people would think 21 year old girls will have to go partying and clubbing. But it's not the case for every single 21 year old girl. But there are a lot of them that at that age.

Why not do that? Not that they want to do that. They're not at the right mindset really to be in an actual relationship. Okay.

Yeah. So that's a fair point. I would say sure. Yeah.

So I don't think age is just a number. I think age does kind of tell you like yourself like okay I'm 21 and it's also on you have to think like 21 what should I be doing right now? Should I be the one that's like partying up all the time? Or should I really start figuring out like what to do in my life?

Yeah. It's really on person right? Yeah. But basically at that point I think clearly if like a 20 year old dating a 30 year old you have to look at like where their mindset is really true.

You know what I mean? Yeah. But this 20 year old is mature for age and it works out then it works out. Yeah.

But if she's like the type of 20 year old that wants to go clubbing and all that shit and it's 30 year old like the type of do that wants to go in the club it's probably not going to work out or maybe who knows. Yeah. But I think for dating wise at least for me personally I don't see myself dating anyone like 10 years ago. Yeah.

I have a certain age range. What's your like plus minus? So minus probably three years are going to meet max. Three years younger than you.

Yeah. And then same for above. Plus three minus three? Yeah.

Plus three minus three. One minus three. So the lowest how would go? It's probably like 21.

18. No. They got to be able to drink with me. Like that's a big thing for me.

Like I want my significant other to be able to drink with me legally. Right. Yeah. Of course.

I like to drink with you. Yeah. But the most that we go. I'll probably go like 10, 15 at the most.

Yeah. I like them older. I'm like sorry. I wasn't listening at all.

What was that? I'd go up 10 or 15. Dang. Really?

Yeah. You'd want to date that much older. Yeah. Sure.

Why not? I feel like I would equate dating. Like I've dated around a lot. But I would always say whenever I like someone older than me, I've always had a better click with them.

Rather than someone who I've dated younger than me. Because I feel like if I'm the older one, I feel like I have the tendency to like kind of be more cautious and like you feel like you're just babysitting them. That and it's like oh like I don't want to like say like them cougars huh? Like them cougars.

Okay. Yeah. Yeah. I mean it's like a wild one older it is like there's more to taste right?

There's more to sample. The older they are. It's like wine. What do you mean more to sample?

Don't you mean it just tastes better? Yeah sure. I don't know. Okay.

Well I actually understand what you meant by more to sample. Oh no. I was just like there's I think there's a lot more experience with someone who's older than you. Yeah for sure.

Of course. Because with age does come to experience. Yeah. Yeah.

So like that being said because if I'm the older one it's like damn I actually show this like young and like the ropes. The ropes. The ropes. Then I might not be able to hang with because I'm so old and rickety.

Yeah. We had 10 or 15. I honestly feel like age is just a number though. One thing to like your answer I would kind of like disagree with is that it's a denomination of where you at where you're at.

I feel like again that's a misconception. I feel like there's a number of ways you can look at dating or even like life in general in respects to age and you can come up with these like general characteristics of certain age groups or certain age gaps. But I feel like if you do that though you're just trapping yourself because now you're thinking this person who's of this age they're gonna have these x, y and z qualities. I don't like qualities y and z.

I'm not gonna be friends with this person. Why am I even talking to them? Friendship over right? Yeah.

But I feel like it's very like you just trapped yourself there. I feel like and that's probably one thing I would have done differently to in my 20s is I was very like that. Like I thought every other guy in my age was obnoxious and annoying and just wanting to go out there and get laid and just you know how their run of the world like the world is an oyster whereas I was like kind of in my earlier 20s not so I'm just like I'm super old but I was always kind of worried about the state of affairs going around and just worried about like my situation at that time and how things would progress that sort of thing like where would I be in the next couple of years. Like a 50 year old and a 25 year old buying.

Yeah. Your mind is just a whole soul. Yeah I'm an old soul. So okay.

I mean I kind of see myself that way too not too old of a soul but like I definitely do do that as well. Like I see 21 year olds even partying and when I'm like a typical 21 year old you know like they're having the time of their life which is fine it's whatever but I do yeah I do do that a lot so when I do see those 21 year olds like for example we went out the other weekend with you know your guys friend groups and they were probably like well I don't know how old your guys friends are like within that age group right like 20 to 25. No. Oh.

Well I don't want to like guys it's 30. Oh okay wow. It's partying with that school. Yeah.

So you can hang. Yeah. I know one of the girls is wait I don't know if you meant her because I don't think she went to the house party or she was at the house but she did go to the park later on. She was 30 but I think everyone else is in that age group though.

Yeah. So yeah like I like I saw the man's like oh too young for me. Yeah I mean even though I'm only like four or five years old. Yeah but yeah I would put myself in that way and say like I hang with these guys they're not mature yet or whatever you know.

So yeah I do that a lot too but at the same time on the flip side of it I hang out with like all of our older cousins who are 10 years old and I can like kick it with that. Yeah. Like easily you know. Yeah for whatever reason I don't have that same mind to like oh they're like 30 and 40.

I cannot hang with them because I'm not at that. Like I should be doing this at my age. Yeah. So I don't know it's weird.

Just below me I feel like I can't hang out with them but above me. Oh I'm part of the crowd. Yeah I've been older I'm cool. Yeah.

I'm sorry about it. No go ahead. Do you think it's part of the way you were raised growing up? Maybe.

I think because since I did have older siblings and a lot of our older cousins were the same age as my older siblings they hung out a lot together and I was always there with them because they would either come to my house or vice versa and whatnot. So I think it's just because we grew up very close that's why I'm able to hang out with them because like for example one of our cousins in San Diego she's like almost here she's not old but you know she's not yeah she's older than I am but like when I go over there I kick it with her as if I'm kicking with you guys like I could talk to her we could rant we could talk shit we could do whatever I could drink with them do all that shit right. Yeah. And her daughter who's technically Arneese is 18 and she looks to me like I hang out with her too sort of the same way.

I think it's within my family I think outside my family I can't hang with me. Yeah. I think that's more of a comfortability thing but yeah. Sure sure sure.

But she always looks to me and she's like why do you hang out with my mom they're so weird. I'm like why is that weird she's like because my mom is weird she's old I'm like your mom's not weird or old. Your mom's a dope person I know and she's hella funny and she is hella dope but it's just like it's funny when she says that because sometimes I look to myself like why am I hanging out with these people but I'm just so chill with them I can hella vibe with them for whatever reason and I think it's just maybe it's just a comfortability thing I don't know but at the same time though I think I have a lot more common with them that's why too. Yeah.

You know. Because sometimes when I hang out with my own age group I feel like at the same like I told you before and early in this podcast not to do my own horn but I feel like I'm more mature than a lot of people sort of in my age group. So when I do hang out with someone we're kind of like I'm gonna hang out with you dude. You know what I mean with your life you know.

So I think that's why I like older people but I would never date an older person for what I don't think so. I don't think so. I don't want them to die before me. I'm just kidding.

You can't say that will. I'll shoot you out if I need a sugar moment. That's what I need to do. Terrible.

Hey that's the reason why you said I need to get myself in that will right. Right. Right. No but I guess the reason why I ask is like if maybe you are hanging out with older people.

Cause of the way you're raised. It's just cause like you know we grew up differently I would say like you being you know a family or you being or you having siblings and me being technically an only child. And so I think that's you know going back to what we kind of talked about earlier. I think that the set the outlook on certain things like how you want to have goals XYZ by age such and such you know.

Whereas I'm just more of a. Yeah fuck it. I mean I don't I do want those but I'm not using those to like sort of what's the word. I'm not using those to control how I live.

Like I know I want those things. Yeah. But I say I know eventually I'll get to those things. Yeah.

I'm not like I need to be strictly doing all these things like you get to those things right now. Like I know I need to get there eventually. I said that earlier. So that's why we were just recently.

I would respectfully disagree. I think those things are controlling your life spontaneously. There's no empirical evidence for me to say that but. No why there's evidence there's a reason why you say that.

I mean so tell me why. Oh I guess I'm trying to like phrase this right so it makes sense. So okay when when we did go out right prior to us going out I didn't ask you a lot of times but obviously it seemed like you just didn't want to go because of the whole like maybe you're mature for me. And I think it's because like you did have siblings growing up and you saw how quickly they accomplished certain things that made it in your mind that if you didn't accomplish said things or things equivalent of that nature you wouldn't have that same feeling of accomplishment that they have for yourself.

And because that is the case like I feel like you they didn't go out a lot. Maybe I could be wrong. They did go out a lot. Oh okay.

Yeah. So I was just making I was I guess gonna drop draw the illusion that because like you didn't see them go out a lot like oh I can't I shouldn't be going out a lot because I need to have goals X, Y, Z done. So I get that but I don't think that's the reason why I don't go out a lot. The reason why I don't go out with you guys is because it's boring.

No I'm just kidding. Wow. No it's just uh it's yeah it's because I don't really know your guys' friends like that. You know what I mean.

You guys have that same common link that connects you all together it's the whole rave thing but I never did that. Yeah. And it's not because I can't go to race because I'm 26. I'm not thinking like that.

It's just I don't want to go to race. Yeah. I know I don't want to. Yeah.

That's just how it is. Okay. So it's not like oh I can't be doing all this fun things because I'm old. Yeah.

Yeah but not get it. Going back earlier so you're like the whole like childhood affecting perception on age and like growing up. Is it like so much of our past is in our future or something like that that's like something people say. I don't know.

Okay well anyway did you like what was the worst thing you did growing up? Worst. Yeah like that got you in trouble and made you like kind of that really I guess made you more mature in a sense. Did you?

I thought that's a really convoluted question but we can go to that. Let's just go back because you look so confused. I am confused. I'm not going to cut it though.

I think your your wording is confusing me. Okay. So obviously there's an any coming of age story. I feel like there's always the line where I did something really stupid but because I did this stupid thing it made me more mature in this way.

What was it? Nothing. I don't know. No.

I honestly can't tell you. Actually no maybe I could tell you. So I don't talk about this a lot but back in fifth grade. You're like you're real back.

Yeah because I remember this deeply because I think this is what made me realize not that I need to get my life on track but. Yeah profound effect on you. Yeah. I'm in fifth grade.

I didn't hang out with the best of people. A lot of them were kind of sort of bullies and whatnot. So one time in fifth grade I was hanging out with a certain someone who was a bully and he was bullying this kid and I was bullying that kid too. Wow.

Yeah. No, this is the true story. So and what's funny is the kid was older than us. I swear to God.

First of all, bullying is no laughing matter. Yeah, no, it's not. It's bad. But he was older than us.

Sorry. And so we were bullying him and he was a sensitive kid. So he you know was crying and whatnot. You made him cry.

Okay, I wasn't bullying him that hard. All right. It was mainly my friend but I wasn't doing anything to stop it. Okay.

And I was enabling him by not doing anything. Exactly. Okay. So he the kid you know cried and he told on my friend and because I was there like he told on me too.

So we got in trouble for that. Yeah. And I think I got tension for it and went on. Hey.

Yeah. So at that point I was like who the fuck am I hanging out with? Which is really funny to say like I know people were like I fifth grade you knew that. You knew that.

Yes, I did. Okay. Because at that point I was like I just saw a hanging out with this dude. He made me more detention.

Yeah. He might be better with myself. So I think that sort of just made me gravitate towards better people who helped me grow and realize what I want sort of at each age that I was. Yeah.

I can't believe you were a bully for one year. That's a lot of bullying. No, not for one whole year. But I meant like in fifth grade on that specific day.

Yes. Damn, I'm not talking about bullying. No, this is very sensitive subject. Don't do it.

It's very bad. Yeah. Don't bully people. And if you are being bullied, tell someone honestly.

But I was a really deep. Wow. Yeah. Interesting.

Yeah. I can't. I'm not proud of it. It's not a good thing that I did that.

Did you ever apologize to the? Yeah. Of course I did. I did.

Me alone. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.

I didn't know. I mean he probably did. But he did sincerely mean. I sincerely mean it.

Because I was in fifth grade. And I got detention man. Yeah. Fifth grade is like what age?

I don't know. What age is it? Like 10? 11, 12, maybe.

No because high school is like 13. No. That's middle school. That's like 14.

14 15. Yeah. And scared me to get detention like that. No, it's like, fuck, I need to know.

I'm sorry, you got detention too. I know I was locked up for a whole day, got out, changed my life, bro. Changed my life for the better. Appreciate to the other fifth graders on the playground.

So what was your, you said you had a thing? Yeah, I think mine was. Yesterday. We've talked about it briefly, but I don't think we've ever talked about it, like, on a podcast.

I think you want to talk about it here? Yeah, we'll talk about it here. I'll briefly mention it, but I think it's like back in high school when I had trouble depression. Like it's a thing.

And back in high school probably was the onset of it. And yeah, I think it was when I tried to, like, you know, I think everyone knows where I'm going with this. So I was going to, yeah. Yeah.

So I think when that happened, I was just like, something needs to change, like either. And clearly, you can only do so much to change your physical environment in terms of like, you can't, like, if you live in a desert, like, I live in Las Vegas. I obviously, I'm going to move to like, Nebraska, I couldn't really happen in high school. But I could change the people who I hung out with and I could try to better myself.

That's what I did. So, okay. Yeah. But when you just not hanging out with the right people at that age or something, or what was it?

Did you not have, not to tell me or anything, and not to say that this is what it is. Did you not have that many friends or something? No, I think it was just like, I really became aware of how genuine I wanted things to be. It always bugs me when people always like, oh, that's my best friend.

Oh, and that's my best friend too. And this third person who I met at a party through a best friend is also my best friend. I feel like people throw those terms loosely around. And because I became really hyper aware of that, I questioned everything around me, like, friendship wise and kind of my worth.

So, it was just like, how genuine is it? And because I became self aware of that, and I really questioned it. What made you self aware of that is what I'm trying to ask you. Was it because you were hanging out with the wrong people?

Yeah, I would say it was because I wasn't hanging out with the wrong people, but I definitely wasn't hanging out with the right people. Like when I started hanging out with Nathan and RJ and all my friends from back then, it just honestly felt different from when I was just kind of going out with whoever. Like there was a more sincerity there. So you just need to surround yourself with their people?

Yeah. So, you know, we've talked about like how much of our past is affecting our future. Presently though, like, do you ever think about like your retirement plans too when you get older and that sort of bit? Fuck no.

Like, you know, like, I'm starting to save. Yeah, nice. You should have been doing that long time ago. No, but I mean, like, I feel like I held people, you know, they want to like party it out, whatever, right, right, the wave.

Well, in the contrary, I feel like there's also some people like, man, it's one of like, like, maybe not in our hatred, but I feel like it's common for people to be like, when I retire, I want to go to a beach or private mansion, something like one. You don't think about that kind of thing? Like, where you want to retire? Oh, okay, so we're just asking you like that.

I probably want to like, just have a nice home, you know, big, probably pretty big house, like big houses. Do? Yeah, and like, just, you know, be able to just relax and not have to worry about any expenses. Yeah, let's whatever.

That's the dream. Just wake up and then your bank account has a profit already. Yeah, like, I don't have to do shit. Yeah, you should wake up, there's money in there, right?

That's the dream. That's my retirement plan. Not to do shit. And we talked about goals by like, by 30 at least, but do you have any certain goals?

Like, you want to accomplish by a certain age? Aside from like 30. Well, I definitely want to, no, I don't like talking about this anymore, it's scary. I have one.

What? So on the 99th birthday, I want to partake of a certain substance to see if I can make it to 100. How long do you want to partake in a certain substance? I'm going to take it at 11.59.

I'm going to take it at 11.59 pm on my... I'm saying like, how much of it? One gram. Oh, okay.
