Episode 27: Learning Styles

Do you know your learning style? Did you know that having a better understanding of your learning style can help you experience success in your business? Not only your learning style but the learning styles of those who work for you as well.  Throughout my life I struggled with feeling like I wasn't smart enough to do great things like others. I always looked at this as my failures and didn't learn until later in life that it was just my inability to learn the same as others.  I have always been a visual and auditory learner and the "book smarts" crowd always plagued me with defeat. It wasn't their fault and it wasn't mine. I just learned differently. And I didn't know how to identify that difference at the time. Years later I totally understand!
