Episode 27: Liking vs. Loving

from The Randy Detrick Podcast · host Randy Detrick

Here's a question: Is it better to be liked or loved? Here's another: Is liking someone stronger than loving someone? Liking someone versus loving someone might come as a shock to most. You can love someone, but not necessarily like them. A lot of times, when people fall in 'love' with someone, they fall in love with the positive, the clean, and the pure, and tend to not recognize any negatives. As time goes on, and the negatives begin to bubble to the surface, the term "I'm falling out of love with you" tends to be a common statement. Liking someone is a crucial part in a relationship and I would argue that liking, in some instances, is stronger than loving. Thank you for listening!
