from Stumbling Through Enlightenment Hosted by Enlightenment Stumble

This week for our check-in Edward talks about his continuing journey through the mental health system. He speaks about working with his new therapist and a medication provider. He also shares a fun story about finding treasures and a resurgence of interest in selling online. Lorri relays to us her story about the deep work she is doing around boundaries currently. She speaks about some of her issues setting them and what is and is not a deal-breaker for her. Jason and Jessica just had an Anniversary, so Jason describes their anniversary celebration in the time of COVID. In this week’s Deep Dive, we look at manifestation work. There is a lot of information out in the world around this topic, but there are some glaring holes and continued failure for some people. We look at why that is and what we can do to make it better. We also discuss what the mechanism of manifestation really entails and how it works in our day to day lives. Our Off the Rails this week, we would like to title are you salty. We start out with a story from Lorri about going out to eat for her Anniversary recently. Not only do we discuss the hazards of eating out during COVID, but also Lorri’s love of salt. Hilarity ensues over the use, overuse, and underuse of this classic seasoning.
