from The Peruvian Waltz Hosted by The Peruvian Waltz Podcast

Brian Bertie (@B_Bertie98) is back! He is joined this week by Peter Galindo (@GalindoPW) and debuting panelist Michelle Morris (@MichelleAMorris) from Sydney, Australia. They open the show discussing the news about EGB closing its doors for good, and the impact it may have on Peruvian football's future. Then Peter rants about the financial crisis within the Descentralizado clubs, the irresponsible owners, why the teams are run like mafias and how it's negatively impacting the league's growth. Finally, the domestic chat wraps up with a discussion on Sport Huancayo's defeat to Caracas in the first leg of their second-round tie versus Caracas FC in Copa Sudamericana action. There is also a brief update as the Apertura resumes this weekend.
