Episode 27 – Steve Woodcock, Principal Partner, SOF-ONE

My guest for Episode 27 is Steve Woodcock, who is a Principal Partner at SOF-ONE. Steve and I worked together at Sprint over 20 years ago when he just retired from the Navy. He immediately made a big impression on the team with his calm demeanor, leadership, and can-do attitude. He talked about his initial career phase in the financial services industry but something led him down a different path to serve our country. Steve talked about his transition back into the private sector, the advantages of large versus small companies, and what his new venture is focused on. We also discussed the value of traveling abroad and how embracing diversity and other cultures can provide valuable insights to your personal and professional life.
