Episode 27 - Update on my VA journey

This episode discusses the importance of letting go of people who impact you in a negative manner. I also talk about seeking assistance for mental health and the different treatments available. I also discuss other podcasts which are focused on assisting veterans. I explain a bit more about why I have decided to run for political office.
