Episode 270 - Big O

A couple months back we had the pleasure of connecting with producer Big O on our debut Instrumental EP “Summer Solstice” in which he provided the intro track “Chaotic Joy”. From there Big O inquired about being a guest on the podcast and we were able to make that happen this week! He discussed with us his move from the U.S. to Europe and how living in the U.K. contrasts especially as a musician from the experience we find here in the states. He told us about his first show in 2023 at a beat battle and how it helped him gain the confidence to continue performing at different venues while still continuing to work a job and craft his music from his home studio. We had an awesome discussion about Hip-Hop, his influences in production and his recent releases with artists such as Prawb and Tranzformer. Big O also revealed that his next solo project is on the horizon, set to feature an array of styles that will showcase his overall versatility.
