Episode 274: Theo Wadman, Helios Farms

from Greenhorns Radio

Theo Wadman grew up on a small farm raising livestock and worked in conventional agricultural and food industry jobs operating equipment for local farmers, seed cleaning plants, and frozen food companies. Theo received a bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics from Oregon State University, built a small publishing company, a technical writing company, and then a successful translation and software localization company, which is now part of translations.com. Along the way, two of Theo’s sons and his wife, Kira, had serious health issues that stemmed from misinformation about diet, agriculture, and health. Theo and Kira were inspired to return to their agricultural roots four years ago, creating Helios Farms as an active response to misinformation campaigns about food, diet, agriculture, and health.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
