Episode #274: Tributary - All the Old Knives

Hello listeners and welcome back to our little pod! For today’s review Mike and Matt chat about the Amazon Original All the Old Knives. Not spy thriller topics include The Boys Season 3, Only Fans, and slinging tacos. Do you like spy thrillers loaded with twists and turns that are told completely by flashbacks? Well if you do then All the Old Knives is the perfect film for you. Chris Pine and Thandiwe Newton are the shining stars of this film. Their acting is excellent. Laurence Fishburne and Jonathan Pryce also did a great job for the minute or maybe minute and a half they are in the film. All the Old Knives is not a bad movie, it's just nothing special. We have seen this story before, told in as interesting if not more interesting ways. If you are a huge fan of spy thrillers then this is a must watch. If not then it’s a pass. Matt awards the film 2.5 out of 5 Reels. Mike with a smidge lower rating gives All the Old Knives 2 out of 5 Reels.     Guess what kids we are definitely hip deep in summer blockbusters!
