  Why is this happening to me? Why did I create this in my life?  When you are focused on personal development, you feel the need to assess and analyze every situation you find yourself in and find a reason for why you are experiencing it.  The two questions above tend to hold you back more than they move you forward though. They bring fear, judgement, blame and unnecessary grief into your psyche.  There is a better way to ask why this is happening and that is what I am sharing with you in this episode of the podcast.  It is very important to dig into why something is happening in your life whether it is with your health, your finances, your closest relationships or your work. But, it has to be done in a powerful way that encourages growth and movement forward.
