Episode #28: Ant-Man and the Wasp

from Reel Film Nerds · host Drowning Nerd Productions

Welcome everyone to a new episode of the Reel Film Nerds that you aren’t going to listen to!  Today your hosts are talking about the latest Marvel Cinematic Universe film Ant-Man and the Wasp!  Mike and Matt don’t really get off topic much on this review.  Is this the start of them becoming serious reviewers?  Doubtful!  No MCU tie-in for this episode either since Ant-Man and the Wasp is in the MCU!      Matt and Mike both really enjoyed Ant-Man and Wasp.  Matt like always has a few nitpicky things he talks about but for the most part really enjoyed it especially the comedic aspects.  Mike really liked the film as well but did not think it did anything above and beyond your typical MCU flick.  They both enjoyed the original Ant-Man more than this sequel.  Guess what we have one of those rare occasions where your hosts actually agreed on a rating!  Mike and Matt both give Ant-Man and the Wasp 3.5 out of 5 Reels.  It is a fun hilarious family action film that is worth a watch in the theaters.  Thank you for subscribing and listening to our podcast!  We will talk at you Thursday with our review of Won’t You Be My Neighbor?
