Episode 28 - Bernhard Taxer - Advances in migraine research and treatment

Bernhard Taxer discusses all things relating to migraine, including how we screen and assess people with migraine and the best treatment options available. Specifically, Bernhard introduces the notion of migraine as a neuroscience-limbic disease, the different emotional and psychosocial aspects affecting migraine, where lifestyle fits into the development and treatment of migraine. He also talks about bodily disruption and applying somatosensory and left/right judgement testing to understand this disruption. Bernhard is a Physiotherapist, with a background in manual therapy. He has a special interest CP, headache and neuropathic pain.
