In this episode Tara speaks to the endearing, hardworking, with a great sense of humor, founder, owner and operator of Cafe Social Mallorca, Eduardo Santa Cruz. Not only does Eduardo make the finest cup of coffee on the island, he creates an incredible meeting place in the farmer’s markets of Mallorca, where community members congregate and socialize. In their talk, Eduardo speaks about drinking a lot of Italian coffee growing up in Buenos Aires, his move to Mallorca, working at Hotel La Residencia in Deia, his stint in show biz with the Tony Award winning producer David Pugh, and how it all led him to the business of making excellent coffee.
