Mark Podolsky, the Land Geek, has several podcasts including the Best Passive Income Model podcast which I was recently a guest on. Now the tables have turned and he was the latest guest on my Breakthrough Success podcast. In this episode, we talked about how Mark operates several podcasts and uses them to build a passive income. Mark uses his podcast to generate income in the same way I use social media to generate income—via the indirect route.
