Roy Hall Jr. is a former collegiate and NFL football player turned professional speaker. He graduated from The Ohio State University where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and was a BCS National Champion. He was drafted in 2007 by the Indianapolis Colts and ended up playing five years professionally in the NFL. He is now a corporate speaker who focuses on helping professionals master mental toughness, consistently perform under pressure, and maintain motivation. He has spent over a decade speaking to corporations, at business conferences, professional development seminars, and virtual trainings. He also co-founded the Driven Foundation in 2008 which has provided over 1,000,000 pounds of free food to over 8,000 families, distributed 2,500 backpacks with school supplies to students in need, and leads 12 youth development and character building programs throughout Ohio.
