He’s spent time considering what hard endurance events have taught him about being in a dark place mentally, and how to get out of it by looking for what is going to get you to the finish, which he also applies to life and business. This episode explores how people adapt to change and how to break down tasks and goals into smaller chunks that are more manageable.
