Episode 28: John Ridenour

John Ridenour and his wife Elizabeth are dairy farmers from Stonecreek, Ohio.  John graduated from Ridgewood High School in 1991 and Elizabeth graduated from New Philadelphia High School that same year.  Mr. Ridenour has been a farmer his whole life but also has been part of the Bakersville Fire Department for the past 30 years.  He currently is the Chief of the department.  John is 5th generation to farm on his family's land and has had events occur in his life that have challenged his mental health.  He takes time to talk about those particular events and how he has learned to manage his life afterwards.  For anyone looking to reach out to John concerning mental health, please feel free to contact him.  You can private message him on Facebook any time.
