Episode 28: Killian O’Callaghan

In this episode, the boys wore joined by Killian O’Callaghan. From Christmas Day to the 30th of December, Killian will embark on a 600km hike from Bray Head to Kerry Head in the space of 6 days. Killian will attempt this hike in aid of Jigsaw, a youth mental health charity. Killian talks to us about his upcoming charity hike, how we found out Santy isn’t real, the fitness influencer that Killian looks up to, the daily struggles of sticking to a fitness regime and much more!
