In this episode I sat down and talked real estate with my two buddies Sean & Chris Buchanan. I've always had an interest in real estate and wished I knew more about it. I figured this was a great opportunity to bring some people I know onto the show, to tell me about what they've learned thus far. Sean & Chris are young agents in one of the most competitive markets in the U.S. in Silicon Valley, being guided by their father Andy who has been a top agent in the Bay Area for over 20 years.
